WHITE GINGER ALE
When you think of ginger ale, the fruity, yet spicy taste comes to mind. And of course, the fizz. Get all this and more with a punch of flavour from the wine with this simple cocktail. Try this one for a casual sit-down dinner with steak or even pasta. Everyone is sure to love it.
Ingredients
- Non-alcoholic Chardonnay
- Ginger piece
- Agave syrup
- Tabasco sauce
- Soda
Method
- Muddle the ginger in a glass until fine and well juiced.
- Pour the non-alcoholic Chardonnay over the top of the ginger.
- Mix well and add agave syrup to desired level of sweetness.
- Add a dash of Tabasco, or two, if you’re feeling feisty.
- Give it a good mix and strain out the ginger pieces.
- Add some ice and pour into a sugar rimmed glass. Top with some soda for fizz.
- Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve immediately.
CUCUMBER FLUME
Wine, particularly white wine, brings a crisp and dry feel to the palate. Clean flavours combined with the fruity taste make it the perfect combination with cucumber. The vegetable mimics the nature of wine and takes it to an elevated level of cool and yummy. Try this cocktail on a hot summer day and watch the love everyone has for it.
Ingredients
- Non-alcoholic Chardonnay
- Cucumbers
- Limes
- Sugar
- Mint leaves
Method
- First, prepare the cucumber water. This is done by grating, blending and then straining the liquid. Set aside.
- Next, juice the limes and zest a part of the skin. This is later used for presenting the drink.
- Now add the Chardonnay over the cucumber water and lime juice in a glass.
- Muddle some mint leaves and add to the mixture.
- Stir well, adding sugar as required for sweetness. Honey can be used as a replacement as well.
- Mix and pour over ice.
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber, top with some of the lime zest and enjoy!
MOSCATO MORNING

Ingredients
- Non-alcoholic Chardonnay
- Strawberries
- Lemons
- Sugar
- Basil leaves
- Lime soda
Method
- Macerate the strawberries into fine pieces and muddle well.
- Juice the lemons and set the juice aside.
- Muddle the basil leaves.
- Pour the Chardonnay in a glass.
- Mix the strawberries, basil leaves and lemon juice and pour over top the wine.
- Mix well and add ice.
- Garnish with a few thinly slices strawberries and a sprig of basil.
- If you like your cocktail bubbly, add some lime soda to top it off.
- Add some ice and serve!
