LYCHEE AND CHILLI SORBET
- Remove the seeds from a few chillies and chop them up finely.
- Take sparkling lychee juice in a large bowl.
- Add the finely chopped chillies into the lychee juice and mix.
- Now add a few crushed sprigs of mint to the mixture.
- Add a splash of rosewater and a few sliced Lychees.
- Mix well and pour into containers. Set in the freezer.
- This can be consumed in two ways. If you use popsicle molds, it’s a delicious popsicle.
- To make a sorbet, scrape the frozen mixture once every couple hours to obtain a nice frothy texture.
