Couscous

These premium tiny semolina granules from Dari, leader in Moroccan couscous, are delicious, healthy and an international favourite. Originating in North Africa and the Mediterranean, couscous has remained a staple for centuries and has become a popular and healthy alternative to rice, potatoes and pasta.

This product is ideal for salads, soups, stews and pilafs, but it also has a lovely fluffy taste on its own. This couscous can also be combined with any kind of sauce such as sambal, tomato, curry, soya, etc.

Preparation

Pour one cup of lightly salted boiling water or stock over 1 cup couscous. Cover and allow the couscous to swell for 5 minutes. Fluff up couscous with a fork and add butter and spices if desired.
